Welcome to The Fun Club!
Chartered in 1986, the Rotary members of Columbia/Patuxent are a vibrant and diverse group from the Columbia and Howard County area who are dedicated to making a positive impact in their communities. We come together to volunteer both locally and globally, helping those in need, supporting education and job training, providing clean water, combating hunger, and improving health and lives in countless ways.
As the largest club in the county, we take pride in our active participation in numerous service projects each year. Our fundraising efforts have been remarkable, allowing us to contribute over $1 million to various local and international projects, as well and hundreds of thousands of dollars to the Rotary Foundation, a testament to our commitment and generosity.
Our club is proudly diverse, with members from various cultural backgrounds and a wide age range. Our meetings are lively and fun, filled with quick wit, engaging guest speakers, and a shared sense of purpose. We never miss an opportunity to celebrate our successes and enjoy each other’s company as we work together to make a difference.
Joining our club is a wonderful way to stay connected to your community and make a meaningful contribution. If you believe in giving back with your time, energy, and expertise, we invite you to visit us. You’ll find camaraderie, fun, and the satisfaction of knowing your efforts truly matter. Come see what we’re all about—you might be pleasantly surprised by the impact we can make together.
We hope to see you soon.
Meetings are Friday mornings at 7:30 a.m.
